This website and the event are owned and operated by Master Wealth Control Pty Ltd trading as DG Institute [ABN 12 148 036 677] (“DGI”) having its registered office at Level 22, 31 Market St Sydney NSW 2000 and will be referred to as “DGI”, “we”, “our” and “us” in this Terms of Use.

Please read the terms of use carefully before accessing this website, attending any DGI online broadcast event or any live DGI event (“Event”). By accessing this website or an Event, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not participate in or attend the event. If you wish to unsubscribe from marketing communications, you can do so by clicking on the links provided in all email communications.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add and/or remove portions of the Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued access to the Event following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. Provided that you comply with the Terms of Use, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access the Event.

We may refuse registration, access and/or entry to the Event to any person within our sole discretion.

The content and information provided at the Event is general advice and for educational purposes only. You acknowledge that commissions may be paid to third parties as a result of any products and/or services that you may purchase.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge the copyright and intellectual property rights to the information presented at the Event belongs to the presenter(s) and DGI absolutely, and no information (whether written or oral) may be reproduced or distributed in any form for any purpose without the prior written consent from the presenter(s) and us.

Recording devices of any kind are strictly prohibited. The Event may not be recorded and photographs may not be taken without the express permission from us. In addition, no flyers, advertising or marketing collateral may be distributed at the Event.

Consent

You acknowledge that the Event may be recorded and that we have the absolute right to copyright and to utilise, publish any such photographs, video or sound recording or any part thereof in any manner whatsoever at our discretion, and that you waive all claims for compensation for such use or for damages now or in the future.

Release

You acknowledge that you are attending the Event at your own risk and of your own free will and you hereby release us, our employees, agents, delegates, associates, presenters and independent contractors to the full extent permitted by law from all claims of every kind and from all liability which may arise in respect of any loss (notwithstanding that such loss may be caused by our negligence) arising from any action by any party or out of any accident or injury occurring to me or any of my property from the Event.

We will not be liable to you or any attendee if the Event cannot proceed due to any circumstances beyond our control, which would include but not be limited to civil disturbance, natural disasters, industrial disputes, health emergencies, restrictions, public health orders, prohibitions or any other action by any government authorities. Should such abnormal circumstances arise, we may within our sole discretion elect to postpone the Event or proceed with the Event by audio-visual means.

Ticket Terms

The tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The VIP offer is non-refundable and will be delivered online. The VIP Attendee Pack is only available to collect on the day of the Event. You must therefore attend the Event to receive your VIP Attendee’s Pack (if applicable).
